Each of these mini sculptures are metaphors for conditions which I personally struggle with. The mushrooms each tell their own story. The Coprinus Dissemnatus, or fairy bonnet, is a lovely nontoxic mushroom, but it does not preserve well so must be consumed immediately and in short bursts. Being in solitude can be a great thing, but can lead to loneliness or isolation if letting go on too long and is not good for long consumption. The figure is wandering through its isolated path, but looks a little lost.
